Final submission

When user enters all necessary information to request pricing a medicinal product, he must finalize the application.
If he wants to process further the application, then he selects "Edit", and if he wants to look for some other application, he selects "Applications".

To complete the application the user has to press the button Final Submission. From that date on (date) the application is available for the Pharmaceutical Services and the user can not delete or edit it further. After final submission", the user can access the PDF button displayed in order to print and sign the application and then to mail it to the Pharmaceutical Services.
For safety reasons, the user must click 'Log off'.
